Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy

• A full refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled by either party.
• If the cancellation occurs after the model has arrived, only a 50% refund will be provided.
• If work has already commenced (e.g. makeup has started or the shoot has begun), no refund will be issued.

Injury Liability

In the event that a model sustains an injury due to the client's negligence, the client shall be liable for a minimum compensation of ₦10,000, without prejudice to any additional medical or related expenses incurred.

Rescheduling

• If you want to reschedule, you must do so before the model arrives. A ₦5,000 rescheduling fee will apply.
• If the model has already arrived, rescheduling will not be allowed. The booking will be treated as a cancellation and a new booking will be required.
• If work has already commenced, the session is considered used. Any new date will require a fresh booking fee.

Image and Video Usage Rights

The agency reserves the right to use all images and videos captured during the session for promotional, marketing, and portfolio purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the session.

Feedback and Complaints

Clients are encouraged to provide feedback following the session. Any complaints, concerns, or disputes must be communicated directly to the agency within 24 hours of the session for review and resolution.
